PERSONAL TRAINING

Train in kleine groepen intensief aan de conditie, kracht, flexibiliteit en stabiliteit. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om extra focus te leggen op verschillende onderdelen van het Hapkido en Taekwon-do. Er wordt natuurlijk rekening gehouden met persoonlijke wensen en/of specifieke klachten. Elke training duurt 45 minuten.
